Steven K. Budd, Chief Executive Officer
Steven is a twenty-five year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry with a wide range of experience in sales, marketing and medical communications. He has been involved in the outsourced sales industry since its formative years and is a respected expert on US Healthcare outsourcing trends. Prior to joining IMC he spent 11 years at PDI, serving as President since 2000. At PDI he helped vault the company to a leadership position in providing sales and marketing services to the bio-pharmaceutical industry, at its peak achieving revenues in excess of $400 million with four thousand employees and a market valuation of over $1 billion. Before joining PDI, Steve held senior level positions at PDN (now the Professional Sales Division of Publicis) and Innovex, Inc. He began his career as a pharmaceutical sales rep in 1980 and held mid-to senior-level sales management positions before moving over to the service side of the industry in 1990. Mr. Budd received a B.A. in History and Education from Susquehanna University in 1978.

Kathleen Bresette , Executive Vice President, IMC & President, The Peer Group
Kathleen has been with The Peer Group since 1996. She began as a moderator, serving in that role for four years before joining the client service team. In 2004, she became Executive Vice President of The Peer Group, growing the company’s revenues 50 percent, and in 2005 was promoted to President. She has an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in public health, both from Boston University.

Bert Marchio , Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Bert brings to IMC over 20 years of experience in senior financial leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, with the last 15 years spent in the pharmaceutical industry.  Prior to IMC, he served as Vice President, Treasurer of MedPointe where he helped lead the financial turnaround and eventual sale of the company.  During his tenure, the value of MedPointe shares doubled and the company saw a dramatic improvement in cash flow.  Bert also helped finance the domestic and international growth of Alpharma from under $300MM in sales (1992) to approximately $1.3B (2005) while building treasury, tax, risk management and benefit finance systems as their Vice President, Treasurer.  Bert holds a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College , an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and a Post-MBA Certificate in Taxation from Bernard Baruch College .

Seth Freedman , Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Seth brings over 15 years of healthcare experience working to grow healthcare content/media businesses, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers. Seth recently organized the sale of IMC’s HealthTalk business to Revolution Health Group LLC, which was created by AOL Co-Founder Steve Case. Prior to joining IMC, he helped drive business development at the Thomson Corporation, including strategic planning, merger and acquisition activity, and organic growth opportunities. Previously, he served as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Healthcare practice working on strategic and operational projects for physician groups, healthcare systems, payors and pharmaceutical companies.

Jaime Nguyen, Medical Director/Compliance Officer
Jaime was appointed to this position following two years of distinguished service as a moderator on numerous IMC programs.  Jaime holds an MD from MSIH and Columbia University Medical Center , an MPH from the University of Pittsburgh , and an MS in Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacology from the University of Toledo .  Additionally, Jaime is a certified Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device Compliance Officer.  Prior to joining IMC in 2006, Jaime had over 10 years of experience in the areas of pharmacology and drug design, medicine and public health, and healthcare analysis.  She also held numerous international clinical leadership roles across multiple therapeutic areas and served on two federal advisory committees while working for the Department of Health and Human Services. 

Scott Stoogenke , Vice President, Marketing
Scott has over 15 years of life sciences marketing experience, including pharmaceutical brand management and service provider marketing leadership.  Prior to IMC, he worked for Covance, Inc. as Director of Corporate Marketing, managing the corporate branding initiative, conferences, e-marketing, and marketing communications.  Previously, he worked for PDI, Inc. as Executive Director of Marketing, providing strategic corporate marketing and business development support.  His experience also includes a breadth of marketing roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Novo Nordisk, including product management, market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, managed care marketing, and pipeline development in multiple therapeutic areas.  In addition to his work experience, Scott holds an MBA in marketing/international business from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, an MA in education/human development from the George Washington University , and a BS in biochemistry/molecular biology from the University of Maryland .
