Most recently, he served as Vice President, Treasurer of MedPointe where he helped lead the financial turnaround and eventual sale of the company. During his tenure, the value of MedPointe shares doubled and the company saw a dramatic improvement in cash flow. Prior to this, Marchio helped finance the domestic and international growth of Alpharma from under $300MM in sales (1992) to approximately $1.3B (2005) while building treasury, tax, risk management and benefit finance systems as their Vice President, Treasurer.
